Barbara J. Bruckenthal

Cape Coral, Florida – Mrs. Barbara Jean (Kearns) Bruckenthal, age 80, formerly of New Fairfield, died Thursday December 27, 2017 at The Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, Florida.

Barbara is survived by her children: Monte Bruckenthal, Hindee Bruckenthal, Dan Wright, Joanann Shepard, Robert Wright, Judy Cain, Jim Wright and David Bruckenthal, 3 Siblings, 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White St., Danbury on Friday January 4, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 5, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Edward Roman Catholic Church in New Fairfield. Family and friends are asked to please meet directly at the church. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in New Fairfield.
