AReal­tor since 2006, Jonathan Hall has a Bach­e­lor of Arts from York Col­lege and was in lead­er­ship po­si­tions work­ing with a di­verse group of peo­ple help­ing achieve goals, in­clud­ing prob­lem solv­ing, fact find­ing, mar­ket­ing and more.

Hall car­ried those skills to real es­tate and has con­tin­ued with on­go­ing train­ing and con­tin­u­ing ed­u­ca­tion to en­hance the ser­vice he of­fers clients.

Hall serves the im­me­di­ate Dan­bury area, New Fair­field and Bethel and prides him­self on be­ing a lo­cal ex­pert in greater Dan­bury and the Can­dle­wood Val­ley re­gion. A strong abil­ity to read mar­ket ac­tiv­ity sets Hall apart.

“It’s very im­por­tant to know what is hap­pen­ing in each neigh­bor­hood, what homes have been sell­ing for and why they have sold for their value and the typ­i­cal mar­ket­ing time,” he said. “I am able to use this in­for­ma­tion to ex­plain to clients what they should do to help them with their real es­tate goals.”

When work­ing with buy­ers, Hall presents them with the most in­for­ma­tion avail­able on homes match­ing their wish list and the com­mu­nity where they are in­vest­ing, so they feel com­fort­able view­ing homes and have the in­for­ma­tion they need to make a de­ci­sion.

“I don’t want there to be any sur­prises along the way, so I pro­vide a step-by-step guide to buy­ing a home and share with clients what typ­i­cally hap­pens from the time you make an of­fer to the time they get the keys,” he said.
