Aggressive marketing approach
ARealtor since 2016, Diana Brady became licensed to do real estate in New York in 2018. She has an associate’s degree in restaurant hospitality and management and a bachelor’s degree in sales and meeting management from Johnson and Wales. Prior to real estate, Brady was a special events and meeting planner and worked for a global relocation company.
Through those experiences, she honed organizational and customer service skills, attention to detail and a passion for customer service. She also gained a foundation for real estate and transferred her skills into a business that lets her help people make what, for most, is the biggest investment of their lives.
What sets Brady apart is honesty. “I’m honest. I’m very honest with my clients. I’m very upfront with them, I counsel them.” she said. “I treat my clients like they’re business partners of mine. It’s not just a transaction for me.”
When working with buyers, Brady, who serves Fairfield and Litchfield Counties in Connecticut and Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York, begins the process with a prequalification and explains how everything will work from finding a home to getting a mortgage. She also forewarns them of potential hiccups so they are not blindsided in the event problems do arise.
“I kind of like to explain and educate as much as I can for someone who is new to the process,” she said.
With sellers, she is open and honest and gives then an accurate price range based on
the current market.
“I’m really there to counsel them and then give them the market details,” she said.
She takes an aggressive approach to marketing and works with the buyers to sell their house at the highest possible price, in as little time and with as little stress as possible.
Brady was born and raised in North Salem, New York and has lived in Bethel since 1999. She is a member of the board of directors of the Bethel Chamber of Commerce and loves exercise and helping people.
