Military relocation professional
ARealtor since 2000, Kevin McCaffrey has a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Babson Graduate School. He has been a military relocation professional since 2008 and is certified to work with U.S. Navy clientele.
He worked in insurance for 25 years before joining his wife, Linda McCaffrey, in her real estate business.
McCaffrey considers himself a transition resource adviser and works with a database of hundreds of small business professionals to help clients. Power groups he puts together consist of teams of professionals, such as lawyers, mortgage specialists and specialty engineers or folks in service industries, such as doctors.
“My focus is working with [clients] as part of their life story,” McCaffrey said. “I use my power groups to help them with their story, to help them reach their new place.”
Conversely, the professionals refer people to him.
Once they work with him, clients, especially those in the military, stay with McCaffrey forever, he said.
“The bottom line is I care,” he said. “My clients are my family.”
When working with buyers, McCaffrey listens to their goals in a home and discusses what they need to do to get from where they are to where they want to be. Whether they have credit issues or need a special school for a child, McCaffrey has people in his power groups that can lead Business: Coldwell Banker, McCaffrey Proffessionals
