Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and Westchester Properties recently announced the launch of an automated marketing system for all of its property listings.

The company has created a process which enables its sales executives to effortlessly promote listings with broad exposure on multiple digital platforms as well as using traditional print marketing.

Appropriately called the TAKE ACTION initiative, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ real estate professionals are able to take immediate action using the auto generated email to instantly expose their listings to an expanded market.

“Our new TAKE ACTION email is a game-changer for our sales executives because it simplifies the planning and creation of digital and printed marketing materials,” said Candace Adams, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties. “As part of our overall innovation strategy, we constantly seek to provide the most advanced tools and strategic partnerships to help our sales executives spend more time face-to-face with clients.”

New company partnerships include Deluxe Branded Marketing and Boost by HomeSpotter, as well as a robust proprietary marketing system which will allows a seamless process of exposing properties for sale using modern technology.

With just a few clicks, sales executives can promote themselves and their listings via Facebook, Instagram and other hightraffic national websites. Updated market reports, listing videos, single property websites and a strong CRM create a streamlined, full service consumer experience.

“Marketing a new listing as soon as possible is imperative in the current market,” said Katie Redican, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “Our marketing and technology teams are passionate about developing tools that automate marketing for our sales executives to make them more productive and effective in helping buyers and sellers. To round out the new offerings at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and Westchester Properties, the company launched BHHS Academy, a private education platform for agents to register for daily company-offered training, watch instructional videos, and download how-to guides on everything from how to use tools to hashtag best practices.
