Realtor learns new ways to teach clients about the housing market

- Jonathan Hall

ARealtor since 2006, Jonathan Hall has a Bachelor of Arts from York College and was in leadership positions working with a diverse group of people helping achieve goals, including problem solving, fact finding, marketing and more.

Hall carried those skills to real estate and has continued with ongoing training and continuing education to enhance the service he offers clients.

Hall serves the immediate Danbury area, New Fairfield and Bethel and prides himself on being a local expert in greater Danbury and the Candlewood Valley region. A strong ability to read market activity sets Hall apart.

“It’s very important to know what is happening in each neighborhood, what homes have been selling for and why they have sold for their value and the typical marketing time,” he said. “I am able to use this information to explain to clients what they should do to help them with their real estate goals.”

When working with buyers, Hall presents them with the most information available on homes matching their wish list and the community where they are investing, so they feel comfortable viewing homes and have the information they need to make a decision.

“I don’t want there to be any surprises along the way, so I provide a step-by-step guide to buying a home and share with clients what typically happens from the time you make an offer to the time they get the keys,” he said.

maximize their equity, including through an in-depth market study of activity, properties recently sold and deposits, as well as general information in their price range and neighborhood.

His clients receive a full service marketing plan and are kept updated on activity. He puts his negotiation skills to use from the offer to the closing table.

The most rewarding part of Hall’s job is seeing his clients enjoying their new home and the changes that come with that.

He is also rewarded when clients return to find a new home or sell their home and when they recommend him to friends and family.

Hall was born and raised in Danbury.
