Tech savvy Bethel Realtor has photography experience
ARealtor since ago 2006, Richard Nuccitelli also has his license in New York. Prior to real estate, the octogenarian had a 36-year career in forensic photography for civil lawsuits and product liability for law firms and insurance carriers.
Skills he honed, such as searching areas where a house caught on fire or collapsed, and an understanding of structures have translated to real estate.
An understanding of technology and a habit of completing online seminars and staying in tune with the current markets sets Nuccitelli apart.
He serves greater Danbury and the areas bordering Connecticut in New York State.
When working with buyers, Nuccitelli starts with a sit down in which he listens to where they are coming from and what their aspirations are in a home. He makes sure they get preapproved for the price point they think they can afford.
“I also make sure at that initial interview that our personalities will mesh, and that we can work together,” he said. “My desire is to be their trusted adviser. I work at a high level of integrity.”
When working with sellers, Nuccitelli does a similar sit down and reviews the home. He asks them the highlights of the home while they lived in it what they liked most about it.
“Going back to why they bought it initially and what they feel about it is their greatest sales point,” he said.
His background in photography helps in getting pictures that present the house at its
best.
Nuccitelli is rewarded by “marrying the client to the home that they want,” and producing good results for sellers.
“I like people,” he said. “I like to serve.” He has been married for 54 years and has four children and 13 grandchildren. He enjoys family time and fishing. Once a month, he volunteers at the Congregational Church in Danbury as a supervisor for its homeless shelter. He belongs to Walnut Hill Community Church where he serves in various volunteer positions.
