William Pitt Sotheby’s New Canaan listing wins two Home Building Industry awards

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that its exclusive listing at 549 Oenoke Ridge in New Canaan, Connecticut, listed with The Sneddon Team, was the recipient of two 2018 Home Building Industry (HOBI) awards.

ners each year by reviewing applications submitted by Home Builders Association members. The judges then travel the state for several days, touring selected homes and neighborhoods before making final decisions.

Designed by Riverside Design & Build of Pound Ridge, N.Y., the 9,225square-foot property includes six bedrooms, as well as six full bathrooms and two half baths. A gated entry with field stone walls leads to the custom built home, which is on the market for $4,750,000.
