Most Independence Day fireworks displays around Connecticut have been canceled, though some towns are holding out hope.
The Rowayton Civic Association, for example, is hoping "that as summer progresses, the governor and town of Norwalk 'social/ physical distancing' policies can allow us to reschedule for a date at the 'end of summer.'"

Darien: Town fireworks are postponed; no date set
Fairfield: Fireworks at Jennings and Penfield beaches have not been officially canceled, but town officials say cancellation is “likely.”
Greenwich: Fireworks at Greenwich Point and Binney Park canceled
Guilford: Town fireworks have not been officially canceled, but town says it is "likely" they will be canceled.
Hamden: Fireworks at Town Center Park canceled
Madison: Town fireworks are postponed; no set date
Middletown: Fireworks Festival is postponed; no date set
Milford: Milford town fireworks canceled New Canaan: Family Fourth at Waveny Park canceled
New Milford: Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce fireworks canceled
Rowayton: The Rowayton Civic Association

Shelton: A decision on the summer concert series and fireworks will be made this week.
