What have you missed the most about serving your customers?

Face to face interactions with our customers, whether they are walk-in sales, showroom visits, or local customers just stopping in to chat.

What long-term changes do you see in your business offerings?

More virtual sales and online scheduling.

Despite business being greatly impacted, is there anything you are proud of these last few months?

Since we are deemed an essential business, our office staff, sales staff, and service / installation crews have continued working. I’m very fortunate and proud of my employees. They do whatever is necessary to get the job done and done right. Because of them, we have been able to take care of our customer service needs.

What do you consider to be your key differentiator in the marketplace post COVID-19?

We have been the area’s go to business for overhead garage door services for the past 40 years. Overhead Door Company of Brookfield is your only LOCAL authorized overhead door distributor, a trusted family owned business. We aren’t, “here today, gone tomorrow” as many of the other services offered online are. We have and will continue to serve the surrounding neighborhoods through this pandemic and after.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our customers and employees remains our number one priority. In an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible, we are now offering our new Touch-Free Service Procedure:

• Let our technician into your garage at the scheduled service time

• Technician will call you with a diagnosis and estimated cost of repair

• Technician fixes your problem

• Pay with credit card via phone

• Receipt is e-mailed to you
