Pitney Bowes makes executive changes

Stamford-based Pitney Bowes announced Monday that Michael Monahan, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Abby F. Kohnstamm, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, would both retire next month.

Monahan joined Pitney in 1988 and has served as chief operating officer since February 2015. The company does not plan to replace him.

Kohnstamm joined the company, in her current role, in June 2013. Bill Borrelle, who leads Pitney’s digital channel, will succeed Kohnstamm as chief marketing officer.
