Artists to create at Weir Farm

The second annual Art in the Park festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Weir Farm.

The event will include activity stations, free-to-use art supplies, refreshments, music and more.

All visitors will have the opportunity to enter an art contest. Following the festival, all entries are eligible to be part of an exhibit at G&B Cultural Center for the month of September.

Weir Farm National Historic Site, Friends of Weir Farm, the Weir Farm Art Center, and G&B Cultural Center are hosting the event. More than 500 people attended last year’s festival.

Parking is limited, so carpooling is recommended.
