HOOFIN’ IT FOR HOUSATONIC HABITAT
The Arthur Murray Dance Center in Danbury hosted a fundraiser to benefit the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity on Friday, offering discounted dance sessions. More than 100 sessions were offered between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. with complimentary refreshments included. Housatonic Habitat has started using nontraditional methods of fundraising, including the dance lessons, fly-casting lessons at LL Bean and gift wrapping at the Danbury Fair mall during the holiday season.
