Bocce-bowling bistro coming

Pinstripes is targeting the SoNo Collection mall under construction in South Norwalk for its first Northeast location. The company’s entertainment concept includes bowling, bocce and bistro dining. Pinstripes announced the SoNo Collection plans as part of a trio of new venues it will open at Brookfield Properties malls. The other two locations are in Reston, Va., and Durham, N.C. Pinstripes is the second dining concept to reveal plans to open at the South Norwalk mall after the regional sports bar chain Yard House, with Brookfield targeting a late-October opening.
