Concert promotes Sandy Hook

The Sandy Hook Organization for Prosperity’s sixth annual free outdoor concert, “Rocking the Hook,” will be held from noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday on the Village Green.

It will take place rain or shine.

The 2019 lineup includes Cheap Thrill, The Traveling Danburys and Unclaimed Baggage, along with a special performance by the Jockey Hollow Singers.

The Foundry will prepare and sell food on the grounds. Attendees are encouraged to visit the shops and restaurants. Coolers and picnic baskets are permitted.

Limited parking is available near the stage, but patrons can park in street spots, and at the United Methodist Church lot on Church Hill Road.
