Gunnery veterans to be discussed

Michael Kassis, a 2018-19 Gunn Scholar at The Gunnery, will give a presentation, “Unsung Heroes of The Gunnery” at noon Thursday in the Wykeham Room of the Gunn Memorial Library.

Kassis will discuss the Gunnery veterans who served from the Korean War through the postVietnam War era.

The program is part of History Bites, an annual, 10-week lunchtime lecture series held from April through June on topics of local history. Attendees should bring their own lunch, but beverage and dessert will be provided. Births
