Green­wich bil­lion­aire sells NYC condo

Point72 As­set Man­age­ment founder Steve Co­hen has sold a New York City con­do­minium for $30 mil­lion, ac­cord­ing to Bloomberg and other news out­lets, at 10 per­cent off the list­ing price af­ter putting it on the mar­ket a month ago. Co­hen is Con­necti­cut’s sec­ond wealth­i­est per­son af­ter fel­low Green­wich res­i­dent Ray Dalio, with an es­ti­mated net worth of $14 bil­lion ac­cord­ing to Forbes. Af­ter sell­ing his 9600square-foot West Vil­lage triplex, Co­hen is still seek­ing to sell a midtown pent­house at a cur­rent list­ing price of $45 mil­lion.
