Greenwich billionaire sells NYC condo
Point72 Asset Management founder Steve Cohen has sold a New York City condominium for $30 million, according to Bloomberg and other news outlets, at 10 percent off the listing price after putting it on the market a month ago. Cohen is Connecticut’s second wealthiest person after fellow Greenwich resident Ray Dalio, with an estimated net worth of $14 billion according to Forbes. After selling his 9600square-foot West Village triplex, Cohen is still seeking to sell a midtown penthouse at a current listing price of $45 million.
