BOOK DRIVE TO BENEFIT ⏩ NEW LENDING LIBRARIES

Compass Property Inspection­s is hosting a summer book drive that will benefit New Milford Public Schools’ lending library initiative, which is starting this year.

Project Lead the Way, a team of Schaghtico­ke Middle School students, will create lending libraries that will be placed around town from June 1 to Aug. 20.

New or gently used book donations for grade levels K-8 can be donated in New Milford at The Home Depot, Bank Street Theater, The Children’s Movement Center, Dolrbill’s Bowling, Tasty Waves, Stop & Shop, Big Y and Royal Car Wash at 84 Park Lane.
