Lecture on Cuba planned

The Washington Democratic Town Committee is hosting a discussion on Cuba at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gunn Memorial Library.

Wendy W. Luers, founder and President of The Foundation for a Civil Society will deliver the lecture, “What’s Up with Cuba Now?”

Luers will discuss the constantly changing relations between Cuba and the United States. The event is part of the John Millington Lecture Series.
