POLICE: WEST REDDING MAN WITH OUTSTANDING WARRANTS APPREHENDED WITH 15 BAGS OF HEROIN
A West Redding man was found to have heroin after being apprehended on several warrants Wednesday evening, police said.
According to police reports, around 6:30 p.m., a police officer spotted Michael Paradise, 33, walking across Main Street.
The officer recognized Paradise and took him into custody on three outstanding warrants.
Police searched Paradise and found 15 bags of powdered heroin. He was charged with one count of narcotics possession.
Paradise was held on $23,000 bond and arraigned Thursday in state Superior Court in Danbury.
