-

Wilton’s Realty Seven has been acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, ending a four-decade run as an independent agency. Realty Seven owner Peg Koellmer and about 20 agents join Berkshire Hathaway, which has its main Connecticut office in Wallingford under CEO Candace Adams.
