Berkshire Hathaway buys Wilton agency
Wilton’s Realty Seven has been acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, ending a four-decade run as an independent agency. Realty Seven owner Peg Koellmer and about 20 agents join Berkshire Hathaway, which has its main Connecticut office in Wallingford under CEO Candace Adams. In a statement, Koellmer indicated the deal gives Realty Seven agents access to better support for client services.
