Flu vaccine clinics to be held

The Housatonic Valley Health District is offering community flu vaccination clinics this fall.

Clinics began Sept 20 and will be held at the following locations:

- Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Southbury Office Location, 77 Main St. North in Southbury,

- Wednesday, Sept. 28, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the New Milford Clinic Location, 2 Pickett District Road in New Milford,

- Saturday, Oct. 1, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Sarah Noble Intermediate School, 25 Sunny Valley Road in New Milford,

- Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the New Milford Clinic Location, 2 Pickett District Road, in New Milford,

- Thursday, Oct. 6, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Southbury Office Location, 77 Main Street North in Southbury,

- Saturday, Oct. 8, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Oxford Municipal Annex Building, 462 Oxford Road, in Oxford,

- Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Southbury Office Location, 77 Main St. North in Southbury,

- Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the New Milford Office Location, 2 Pickett District Road, in New Milford,

- Friday, Oct. 14, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Pomperaug High School, 234 Judd Road, in Southbury, and

- Friday, Oct. 21, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sarah Noble Intermediate School, 25 Sunny Valley Road, in New Milford.

Flu vaccine appointments can be scheduled by selecting the flu appointments link on the district's website, which is https://hvhd.us/ immunizations/ flu-vaccinations. COVID-19 vaccines can also be scheduled by selecting the clinical appointment on the district's website at https://hvhd.us.
