The New Fairfield/Sherman Animal Welfare Society will hold its annual Holiday Boutique from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 3 at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 2 Colonial Road, at the corner of state Route 37 in New Fairfield. Admission is free. On Dec. 2 from 5 to 8 p.m., for a $5 charge, there will be a Sneak Peek Preview for an early chance to purchase the many handcrafted items at the boutique.

On sale will be a wide selection of volunteer donated ornaments and jewelry, gifts for pets, teardrop wreaths, live wreaths, New Fairfield/Sherman Animal Welfare Society 2023 pet calendars, handmade quilts and pet beds, animal society drawstring bags, gift baskets, tabletop Christmas trees, and other holiday decorations. A raffle also will be held, and on Dec. 3 the boutique will include a bake sale.

All proceeds benefit the neglected, abused and abandoned dogs and cats who are sheltered and found loving homes by the nonprofit, created in 1977.
