ROCKVILLE — Brady Ramsdell ran for an early touchdown and threw three second-half touchdown passes as the fourth-seeded Rams (9-2) reached the semifinals for the third season in a row.

Rockville, last year’s Class M runners-up, will visit topseeded Berlin (11-0) on Sunday at 12:30 at Sage Park.

Malachi Mapp ran for 39 yards on 11 carries, and he had eight tackles and an interception on defense. Nate Palmer had a sack among 15 tackles and also had an interception.

Joey Christian, Hason Green and Lexington Hunter caught the touchdown passes, and Hunter had a sack.

Rykeese Saunders threw a touchdown pass to Noah Miller in the fourth quarter for Abbott Tech/Immaculate (8-3).
