-

Corrine ( Jurkiewicz) Marsicano passed on December 20, 2023. She was born in the Bronx, right by Yankee Stadium. Corrine then met the love of her life Anthony (Tony ) Marsicano at Orchard Beach. From that day forward they were never apart. In 1965, shortly after having two daughters, Darlene and Dawn, they moved to New Milford, Connecticut to give the family a better life. They brought with them Corrine’s widowed and ailing mother, Marie-BaBa. All together they raised a family, took care of BaBa, and adjusted to life in the country. Battling many hardships together, it taught the family the value of perseverance, faith, and humor. Corrine was a strong woman who endured her illness for many years. Her unselfish labor of love for her family will never be forgotten.

She leaves behind Tony, a devoted husband of almost 65 years, daughters, Darlene Rabito (Kevin) and Dawn Fernandes ( Jack), as well as six grandchildren: Shannan Bond (Michael), Jack Fernandes, Kevin, Nicole,

Gregory, and Matthew Rabito. She also had two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Ethan Bond, and a sister Phyllis Shorey. Corrine was predeceased by her brother Charles Jurkiewicz.
