Tate Mahoney, Fairfield Ludlowe, Sr.: Scored 28 points in jus three quarters in Ludlowe’s 63-36 victory over New Canaan.
Jakeel Martin, Windsor, Sr.: After being fouled attempting a 3-point shot with 0.3 seconds on the clock, Martin made all three free throws to help Windsor escape 77-76 against Newington. Martin finished with 15 points, eight assists and four rebounds.
Anthony McKeown, Hall, Jr.: Had 19 points and four assists in Hall’s 66-62 win over Conard.

GAMES TO WATCH
No. 9 Stamford at No. 4 Ridgefield, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 7 p.m.: Stamford is riding an eight-game winning streak into this top-10 showdown. Both teams’ one loss is to a ranked team, Stamford to No. 3 Kolbe Cathedral and Ridgefield to No. 7 St. Bernard-Uncasville.
Wilbur Cross vs. Hillhouse at Floyd Little Athletic Center, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 7 p.m.: Was a 1-point game last time around (55-54), won by Hillhouse, which is in the hunt for the top seed in the SCC tournament.
No. 2 Notre Dame-West Haven at West Haven, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 7 p.m.: West Haven’s three losses are to Notre Dame, Hillhouse and Staples-Westport. West Haven was the last SCC team to beat Notre Dame, in the 2021 league tournament final. Notre Dame is trying to prep for another long stay in March.
