Drug giant plans to close plant in Rocky Hill
McKesson is closing a Rocky Hill center this summer at a cost of 105 jobs as part of larger restructuring.
A spokesperson told Hearst Connecticut Media it will have 300 Connecticut employees going forward. San Franciscobased McKesson distributes prescription drugs.
Last week, the cities of Danbury, Norwalk, Ansonia and Derby named McKesson as a defendant in a lawsuit seeking damages for costs associated with opioid addiction.
