⏩ Jose Alicea, 24, of South Hull Road, Redding, was charged with seconddegree failure to appear. He was held on $500 bond and was given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Christopher Mateo, 25, of Dairy Farm Road, Norwalk, was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $500 bond and given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Edwin Mondragon, 32, of Fort Point Street, Norwalk, was charged with five counts of sale of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance, four counts of illegal operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $450,000 bond and given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Carlos Ramos, 35, of Williams Street, Bridgeport, was charged with interfering with an officer. He was held on $3,000 bond and given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Gilberto Ramos, 25, of Lawrence Street, Norwalk, was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $500 bond and given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Matthew Ramos, 18, of Lawrence Street, Norwalk, was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $500 bond and given a court date of Sept. 27.

⏩ Ramon Rodriguez, 41, of Seaview Terrace, Bridgeport, was charged with interfering with an officer. He was given a court date of Sept. 28.

⏩ Kyle Russo, 52, of Chatfield Drive, Trumbull, was charged with driving while under the influence and following too closely. She was held on $1,500 bond and given a court date of Oct. 1.

⏩ Jose Zuniga, 34, of Osborne Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was given a court date of Sept. 21.
