CNBC: Amazon enacts safety rules
CNBC reported Friday that Amazon has alerted vendors sell goods of penalties it is putting in place for any shipments of packages that

More than 40 Amazon shipments came under scrutiny this year by the U.S. Department of Transportation, with the new rules having taken effect exiting November.
