Dry, cold days followed by snow?

Cold temperatur­es and a gusty north wind will make it feel like the mid- to upper-20s on Monday.

Forecast highs will be in the low- to mid-30s, but with the wind will make it feel about 10 degrees colder.

Clouds decrease today into tonight. Winds will also decrease tonight and Tuesday with minimal clouds.

Radiationa­l cooling tonight will lead to lows ranging from near 10 in outlying rural areas to the mid- to upper-20s within New York City.

Maximum temperatur­es forecast on Tuesday will be a few degrees warmer than Monday with more sun and lighter winds out of the northwest.

As a cold front approaches Wednesday, winds will become more southwest, with forecast highs Wednesday mostly in the upper 30s to lower 40s.

New England missed a significan­t snowstorm that stayed well to our south.

A winter storm in the Mid-Atlantic brought heavy snow from Colorado to Delaware, with more than 20 recorded in Missouri.

The National Weather Service says it’s way to early to know if another storm system will bring us any snow later in the week.

Nonetheles­s, the NWS has a chance of snow in the forecast on Thursday night and continuing into Sunday.
