⏩ Shelly Diglio, 57, of Lakeview Avenue, New Canaan, was charged with driving under the influence. She was held on $200 bond and given a court date of July 26.

July 18

⏩ Larry Blackwell, 60, of Grove Street, Norwalk, was charged with two counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and risk of injury to a child. He was held on $100,000 bond and given a court date of July 26.

⏩ Lori Frank, 50, of Ward Street, Norwalk, was charged with two counts of possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled

substance within 1,500 feet of a school, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, interfering with a search, illegal destruction of property, risk of injury to a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held on $100,000 bond and given a court date of July 26.

⏩ Jessica Lane, 33, of Woodward Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with firstdegree failure to appear and seconddegree failure to appear. She was held on $12,500 bond and given a court date of July 31.

⏩ Anthony Mayhew, 40, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged with three counts of violation of probation. He was held on $3,000 bond and given a court date of July 18.

⏩ Brent Menskey, 32, of Hundley Court, Stamford, was charged with firstdegree criminal trespass. He was held on $1,000 bond and given a court date of July 26.

⏩ Jahzmin Smith, 19, of Highland Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with violation of a protective order. She was held on $10,000 bond and given a court date of July 19.
