Regional airports lag on survey

New York’s regional airports continue to lag on an annual passenger satisfaction survey by J.D. Power, with John F. Kennedy International Airport barely topping the average score for “mega” airports but Newark Liberty International, LaGuardia and Bradley International all losing ground.

Portland International and Indianapolis International garnered the top scores for the large and medium airport categories respectively, with Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County leading the mega category.
