Behold the Mass. driver on Conn. highways

To the editor:

RE: Dodging the dreaded Connecticut drivers, (opinion, Nov. 26). I’m not sure if Bruce Watson ever gets to this part of the state, but those of us that live here and travel on both the Merritt Parkway and Interstate-95 are very familiar with Massachusetts drivers with the easily identifiable red on white license plates.

In reading Mr. Watson’s essay, it struck me that he was describing his fellow Massachusetts drivers in our area. I couldn’t have described the Massachusetts drivers any better.

So, Mr. Watson, come on down to Fairfield County sometime and observe your fellow Massachusetts drivers.

I hope you don’t get stopped by one of our fantastic state troopers who read your piece.
