Jimmy Chandler Sr., 66, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2023, surrounded by his wife and two children after a hard-fought battle with lung disease. Born in Algiers, Africa, Jimmy was a lifelong Norwalk resident where he enjoyed raising his family.
