60th JCC Schoolboy/Schoolgirl Classic to be held Sunday
The 60th annual JCC Schoolboy/Schoolgirl Classic will be held on Sunday, March 26 at the Cardinal Shehan Center in Bridgeport.
There will be two games: an East-West Girls Game beginning at 1 p.m., followed by the top senior boys from Connecticut facing a team from New Jersey. Admission is $15. Tickets will only be sold at the door.
The Connecticut Boys team,
coached by Kevin Walton (Wilbur Cross) and Ryan Swaller (Fairfield Warde), will be as follows:

The New Jersey team includes: Akil Watson (Roselle Catholic, Arizona State), Donovan McCoy (St. Joseph’s Montvale, Yale for football), Spencer Joyner (Arts, Boston University), Samir Padilla (Jackson Memorial), Tavian Pullock (Montclair Immaculate), Jalen Robinson (Columbia, NJIT), Bryce Stokes (Paterson Eastside), Tyler Tejada (Teaneck, Towson State), Jackson Tindall (St. Peter’s Prep) and Isaac Hester (Ranney School). The New Jersey coaches will be Ben Gamble from Bayonne and Randy Holmes from Jackson Memorial.
The East Girls Team, to be coached by Frank Lombardo (Holy Cross) and Mary A. Roickle (E.O. Smith), is comprised of Amani Abuhatab (West Haven, Mercy), Lillianna Clark (E.O. Smith, Roger Williams), Nalyce Dudley (New London, Sacred Heart), Rayne Durrant (Hamden Hall, UMassLowell), Madison Hughes (E.O. Smith, Southern New Hampshire), *Jayda Johnson (Hamden Hall, Boston College), Emma Kirck (Sacred Heart Academy, Middlebury), Isabella
