WATERFORD EDUCATION FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES SELECT FIFTY

The Waterford Foundation for Public Education recognized outstandin­g 2023 graduating high school seniors through their Select Fifty Program.

Twenty-five students each from Waterford Kettering and Mott high schools were selected this year by their school faculty based on their achievemen­ts in leadership, citizenshi­p, and academics.

The foundation was establishe­d in 1984 and the funding supports teacher and student recognitio­n events such as the grant program for Waterford School District staff, Select Fifty for high school seniors, scholarshi­ps for high school seniors, and the Outstandin­g Teacher of the Year Award and Reception.
