WOMAN IS SENTENCED

A Prague woman was sentenced to 20 years each on two charges related to the beating death of a man and the kidnapping and rape of his girlfriend. Michele Elisabeth Gouker, 30, pleaded guilty to charges of kidnapping and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. Her brother, Glendon Carl Gouker, is charged with murder and eight other counts. Prosecutors allege he beat to death Ethan James Walton, 19. Michele Gouker pleaded guilty to helping her brother as he tied up and raped Walton’s girlfriend. Walton’s body was found in a 55-gallon drum after his girlfriend, who was tied to a bed, freed herself and escaped.
