When: 7:30 p.m. Friday Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio Radio: KXY-96.1 FM Scouting report: The Barons close out a fivegame road trip Friday night at San Antonio before returning home to host the Rampage on Saturday night at the Cox Convention Center. OKC is 1-3-0 on a trip that began with a 6-1 loss in San Antonio. ... The Barons lost 2-1 Wednesday night at Texas, with the Stars scoring the gamewinner with 13 minutes left. Goaltender Jason LaBarbera, a 33-year-old veteran who has been a career NHL backup, made his Barons debut in Wednesday’s loss a week after being sent down by Edmonton. LaBarbera recorded 39 saves. ... This is the sixth meeting between the West Division rivals this season, and all but one have been played in San Antonio. The Rampage leads the season series 3-2. ... The Barons are led by Linus Omark, who has scored 20 points, including 10 goals, five against the Rampage. Barons team captain Anton Lander has scored 12 points in 15 games, the majority since he was sent down by the Oilers. ... Center Roman Horak has 12 points, including five in seven games with OKC. Edmonton acquired Horak in a trade two weeks ago. ... Vincent Trocheck, a 20-year-old center from Pittsburgh, has scored 18 points for San Antonio. Half of Trocheck’s points (nine) have come in five games against the Barons. ... Bobby Butler has scored six points for the Rampage in five games against OKC.
