OSU EQUINE CENTER IS DEDICATED
Oklahoma State University’s Charles and Linda Cline Equine Teaching Center was dedicated Tuesday in Stillwater, and major supporters were recognized.
The multimillion-dollar center features a teaching barn, indoor arena, classrooms, feed and tack rooms, a wash rack and a treatment area, said Clint Rusk, head of the Department of Animal Science.
Linda Cline, of CharLin Ranch near Cushing, made a significant contribution to honor her late husband.
Shawnee Milling was underwriter for the feed and tack room.
Mel and Jackie Bollenbach, of Oklahoma City, breeders of quarter horse racing stock, funded the viewing and office areas.
Priefert, manufacturers of farm, ranch and rodeo equipment, provided the stalls.
Cross Bar Gallery, in Stockyards City, donated artwork and accessories. Heritage Place, an Oklahoma City equine sale enterprise, provided money for the foyer.
