ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP

EnLink Midstream Partners LP on Wednesday reported a net loss of $714 million, or $2.17 a share, in the fourth quarter, down from a profit of $91 million, or 21 cents a share, in the year-ago period.

Revenues increased to $1.07 billion, up from $1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2014.

The partnershi­p reported adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciati­on and amortizati­on of $186 million in the fourth quarter, up from $122 million in the year-ago period.

Distributa­ble cash flow increased to $149 million, up from $93 million one year ago.

For the full year, the partnershi­p had a net loss of $1.38 billion, or $4.66 a share, down from a profit of $137 million, or 59 cents a share, in 2014. Revenues increased to $4.45 billion, up from $3.5 billion in the previous year.

The partnershi­p reported full-year adjusted EBITDA of $683 million, up from $378 million one year ago.

Distributa­ble cash flow increased to $529 million, up from $301 million in 2014.
