OCU LEADERSHIP EVENT SET
Oklahoma City University’s seventh annual Women in Leadership Conference will feature leading business women and men for a workshop April 20 at the Cox Convention Center downtown.
The conference is a one-day professional and personal development event that offers leadership training, networking and presentations from business leaders. The annual conference provides the opportunity for the next generation of senior leaders to learn from talented speakers and connect through conversations on important issues.

The keynote speaker will be Jaynie Studenmund, former CEO and president of Eharmony.com and a board member of LifeLock, Pinnacle Entertainment and CoreLogic. The morning keynote speaker Brian Uzzi, a Northwestern University professor and scientist, will present “How to Build a Better Professional Network.”
Other speakers and their sessions will include Marsha Firestone, founder and president of the Women Presidents’ Organization on “Collaboration & Success;” Nancy Parsons, CEO of CDR Assessment Group Inc., with “Cracking the Code to the Glass Ceiling;” Patti Wood, professional speaker, author and body language expert on “The Power of Body Language;” and Kim Parrish, administrative law judge, with “Negotiation: The Leader’s Most Ignored and Most Critical Skill.”
