•Mercy Health Oklahoma Communities Inc. paid $1,980,000 to Griffith’s Trust for 9.3 acres just south of Mercy Clinic Primary Care, 2017 W Interstate 35 Frontage Road, Edmond.

•O.C.U.R.A. paid $145,000 to Z&Z Convenience Stores LLC for a 2,521-square-foot retail property at 2445 N Martin Luther King Ave.

•Juan and Maria Diaz paid $65,000 to Lisa Tippin for a 2,400-square-foot retail building at 2200 SE 44.

•K&S Oil Inc. leased 3,000 square feet of office space from Austin Denny Investments LLC at 3100 S Berry Road. McKee represented the tenant. Brad Worster with the Fulton-Worster Group represented the landlords.

•Midwest Pest Control Inc. leased 1,336 square feet of office space from Southwest Oklahoma District Church of the Nazarene.

•Winfield Sooner Court LLC paid $8.5 million to Living Investments Building LLC for 160-unit Sooner Court Apartments, 2500 W Brooks St., Norman. David Dirkschneider handled the transaction.

•Garwood Holdings LLC paid $700,000 to Zena Properties LLC for a 13,500-square-foot industrialflex property at 7901-7909 NW 76. Tom Fields handled the transaction.

•Memorial Road Church of Christ paid $653,408 to 4 Strong Winds LLC for 9.5 acres south of Sorghum Mill Road and east of Broadway Avenue in Edmond. Fields handled the transaction.

•Performance Properties & Lands LLC paid $400,000 to Pamela Jean Smith, trustee, for a 6,500-square-foot industrial-flex property at 4317 SW
