• Custom Enterprise­s LLC paid $475,000 to 5301 SW 25th Street LLC for a 6,250-square-foot industrial building on 0.74 acre at 5301 SW 25. Caitlin Mazaheri, Jason Hammock and John Lenochan with CBRE represente­d the seller.
