• Shipley Do-Nuts leased an 1,800-square-foot retail end-cap of a new strip center at NW 164 and N Pennsylvania Avenue for its second store in Oklahoma. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

• Oklahoma State Accrediting Agency renewed a lease for 1,552 square feet at Lakepointe West, 4045 NW 64, Suite 205, from Lakepointe West LLC. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

• TETRA Technologies Inc. leased a 2,500-square-foot office space at The Offices at Turtle Creek, 5705 NW 132, from Azurite LLC. Nicole Mayes and Adrian Lillard with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Louis R. Gonzales of Burroughs Co. Realtors LLC reports this transaction:

• Elias Yoguez paid $315,000 for a 4,978-square-foot retail building at 2228 S Air Depot, Midwest City. Gonzales represented the buyer and Joseph Thomas with BestRealtyOK represented the seller. • 1039 NW 63rd LLC paid $3.2 million to Chesapeake Land Development Co. LLC for two office buildings occupied by Bank 7, a 10,000-square-foot warehouse, and the Irma’s Burger Shack building on the northeast corner of NW 63 and Western Avenue. American Eagle Title Co. provided title services.
