• Blake McDowell paid $1,243,920 to Wolf Family Limited Partnership for 20 acres at SW 26 and Meridian Avenue. David Portman with CBRE represented the buyer.
• Wells 3G Three LLC paid $1 million to Matt & Jane Hoffman Revocable Trust for an 18,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.71 acres at 12400 N Santa Fe Ave. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey with CBRE represented the buyer.
