• 857 Traction Avenue LP paid $2,212,500 to Admiral Square Inc. for a 41,000-square-foot industrial building on 2.5 acres at 4601 SW 36. Jason Hammock, Caitlin Mazaheri, and John Lenochan with CBRE represented the seller. Brett Price and Kris Davis with Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort represented the buyer.

• Blake McDowell paid $1,243,920 to Wolf Family Limited Partnership for 20 acres at SW 26 and Meridian Avenue. David Portman with CBRE represented the buyer.

• Wells 3G Three LLC paid $1 million to Matt & Jane Hoffman Revocable Trust for an 18,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.71 acres at 12400 N Santa Fe Ave. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey with CBRE represented the buyer.

• Hammer Construction Inc. leased 12,100 square feet of industrial space from Aria Development LLC at 5301 W Indian Hills Road, Norman. Hammock, Mazaheri, and Lenochan with CBRE represented the landlord and the tenant.

• Giant Oil Tools LTD leased a 10,800-square-foot industrial building on 0.71 acre at 1845 W Reno Ave. from John R. Colbert Real Estate Holdings LLC. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey represented the landlord.
