Members of the Fleet Reserve Association's USS Oklahoma Memorial branch will hold a remembrance ceremony at 8 a.m. Friday at the USS Oklahoma memorial, located at the Veterans War Memorial at the southeast corner of the state Capitol complex. The ceremony will include a wreath-laying and a two-bell ceremony.
