Distribution center finds new tenants
A new storage warehousedistribution center owned by an affiliate of Hobby Lobby is fully occupied with three new tenants, according to CBRE, which negotiated the leases.
The 61,000-square-foot building at 6120 SW 29 is leased by AZ Partsmaster with 23,000 square feet, Arjo Inc. with 15,000 square feet, and Niagara Bottling LLC with 23,000 square feet, CBRE said. The building has rear loading docks, modern glass accents and design features, a 30-foot clear-height ceiling and ample parking.
Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey, industrial brokers with CBRE in Oklahoma City, represented the landlord, HL Campus LLC. Payson L. MacWilliams with Colliers International represented AZ Partsmaster, Randy Vaillancourt with GBR Properties represented Arjo Inc., and Dwayne Flynn and Ryan Shaffer with CBRE in Tulsa represented Niagara Bottling.
Phoenix-based AZ Partsmaster is a home and property maintenance supplier. This is its first Oklahoma distribution center. Illinois-based Arjo Inc. is a global supplier of medical devices and services for people with reduced mobility and age-related health challenges. This is an expansion of their Oklahoma City operations. Ontariobased Niagara Bottling is a manufacturer of bottled water and soft drinks. This location is a support facility for a new plant on Sara Road.
“This building is a new, state-of-the-art distribution center,” said Randy Lacey, vice president at CBRE in Oklahoma City. “We are excited to have secured a strong tenant mix at this well-positioned facility, bringing this building to 100 percent leased. The strength of Oklahoma City's industrial market along with the first-rate offerings of this property made it a great fit for the region.”
