• Kenetic Genetics leased 24,000 square feet of industrial space on 2 acres from Baker Contracting Farms LTD at 3324 N Interstate 35 Service Road. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey represented the landlord.

• Team USA Body Shops Corp. leased 11,214 square feet of space on 1.27 acres from George and Mary Fitzhugh at 3400 S Purdue. Randy Lacey and Austin Lacey represented the landlord. Bob Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group represented the tenant.

Price Edwards & Co. reports these transactions:

• SFPG LLC paid $22,500,000 to Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority for the Santa Fe Parking Garage, 2 N Santa Fe Plaza. Ford Price handled the transaction.

• Tribune Capital paid $16,125,000 to SW 104th & May Apartments, LLC for the 150-unit Cross Timbers Apartments, 10700 S May Ave. David Dirkschneider and Michael Massad handled the transaction.

• Strawberry Fields LLC paid $1,741,849 to Hilltop Plaza LLC for 31,599 square feet of retail land located at SW 7 & S Walker Avenue. Phillip Mazaheri, Paul Ravencraft and George Williams handled the transaction.
