Casey's Marketing Co. paid $1 million to Gary and Paul Friedman, et al. for 1.43 acres at the southwest corner of SW 149 and S Western Avenue to build a convenience store. The seller was represented by Todd Herndon, Herndon & Kelly, the buyer was represented by Tom Butcher, Coldwell Banker-Select. The transaction was closed by Becki Nail of First American Title Co.

Casey's Marketing Co. paid $985,000 to Legacy Developers LC for 2 acres at 1685 SW 134 to build a convenience store.Butcher handed the sale. The transaction was closed by Michelle Roberts, American Eagle Title Co.

Red Dirt Labs leased 4,000 square feet of space at 7624 Broadway Extension from RC Investments LLC. Butcher handled the lease.

Patients Own Therapies, a medical marijuana dispensary, leased 2,500 square feet of space at821 Centennial Blvd., Edmond, from RC Investments LLC. Butcher handled the lease.

CGKS LLC paid $880,000 to Concept Ventures LLC for an office building at 2123 N Classen. Julie Kriegel with Wiggin Properties represented the seller.

Parent Promise leased 5,313 square feet of office space in Chase Park Office Center at 4323 NW 63. Matt Ralls with Wiggin Properties represented the landlord and Derek James with Price Edwards & Co. represented the tenant.

Okie Bloom leased 4,032 square feet of industrial space at 901 NW 74. Michael Raff with Wiggin Properties handled the transaction.

Welcome Home Adult Day Care LLC leased 8,024 square feet of space from Swyden & Sons Investments LLC at 11720 S Western Ave. McKee was the tenant's agent.

BG OKC South LLC and Mike Lawrence, doing business as Boomerang Grille, leased 2,022 square feet of space from 19th Hole Properties LLC at 817 SE Fourth St., Moore. McKee was the tenant's agent.
