Casey's Marketing Co. paid $1 million to Gary and Paul Friedman, et al. for 1.43 acres at the southwest corner of SW 149 and S Western Avenue to build a convenienc­e store. The seller was represente­d by Todd Herndon, Herndon & Kelly, the buyer was represente­d by Tom Butcher, Coldwell Banker-Select. The transactio­n was closed by Becki Nail of First American Title Co.

Casey's Marketing Co. paid $985,000 to Legacy Developers LC for 2 acres at 1685 SW 134 to build a convenienc­e store.Butcher handed the sale. The transactio­n was closed by Michelle Roberts, American Eagle Title Co.
