Trump getting no legislative help on immigration

“Hoping against Mexico tariffs” (Our Views, June 7) fails to mention the root of the problem. Congress refuses to change the immigration laws, driving thousands of illegals across our southern border. President Trump is not getting any legislative help. He has to act. It's ludicrous that those opposed to the proposed Mexican tariff won't act and fix our immigration laws.
